  1. To perform a power plank with rows, you can follow these steps12:
    1. Assume a plank position with a kettlebell or dumbbell in each hand.
    2. Raise one of the kettlebells/dumbbells to hip level, keeping your elbow in as you go.
    3. Lower the weight and do the same movement with the other arm.
    4. Repeat the row movement, alternating arms without losing the stability of your plank.
    5. Perform 8-10 repetitions on each arm.
